Luxury? Don't think so....

The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. Makes me wonder when was the last time the room was cleaned before we entered. Great location during the non-touristy season when much of the island is closed.

Uma infeliz experiência. Trata-se de um edifício de 4 andares muitíssimo bem localizado, no coração de Zakynthos Town. Restaurantes, bares, museus e lojas logo ali. Apartamentos reformados, com bom isolamento acústico, A/C, com tudo, em tese, para uma ótima estada. O nosso apartamento, porém, tinha um sério problema de fluxo de água no banheiro. Era tomar banho e, em coisa de 2min, a água começava a verter pelo ralo central, alagando o banheiro. Enviaram uma funcionária para limpar o ralo por dentro, mas não resolveu (a impressão é de que a tubulação de escape é insuficiente para dar vazão). A pessoa responsável foi gentil diante de nossa reclamação e disse estar surpresa com o fato (o que, infelizmente, é difícil de acreditar). Não deveria ter acontecido. Diante de um problema que aparenta ser estrutural, a acomodação deveria alertar os hóspedes, recomendando banhos muito breves e com pouco volume de água. Ainda, uma das toalhas de banho fornecidas estava com diversos rasgos, o que denota falta de cuidado e respeito com os hóspedes. Não recomendo.
