We loved the service and how kind the staff was. However, housekeeping was very loud in the morning. Not only with their carts, but also yelling to each other across the hallway. It woke us up every morning. We do recommend the hotel. It’s never too crowded, which we love. Also the village Planos is fine if you don’t want to drive for dinner. We had a good time!

The management/owners are very rude. The rooms and property are not what they appear to be in the photographs at all. They are dated and from the 80/90s. They have updated a few areas of the property and have highlighted those and taken well executed night photos of those on their page. They will provide only one room key. They wifi is horrible. The robes are old and dingy, the showers are corroded from the salt water they use, the usb charging stations don’t work. The power goes out for hours and you may not have AC. Activities like the pool table are coin operated and you have to pay to play. The pool closes at 7 pm. Way too many concerns to write but that is the majority. Good areas are the breakfast, swimming pool and lobby.

Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, la colazione meravigliosa, la struttura un lusso , molto tranquillo e la gente veramente rispettosa, il personale una meraviglia , l’ultimo giorno partivamo molto presto prima che cominciasse la colazione e il capo dell hotel ci ha lasciato una mini colazione pronta , purtroppo non siamo riusciti a prenderla per che abbiamo avuto un problema con il volo e siamo usciti di corsa , ma sì per caso lei legge queste review le ringraziamo moltissimo , noi eravamo a la Junior Suite con Jacuzzi , veramente vale moltissimo la pena pagare un po’ di più , volevamo un Ferragosto di relax e belle viste e in queste hotel l’abbiamo trovato tutto , grazie mille , se torniamo a Zante Torneremo da voi ♥️

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, walkable distance to town/bars/beach, but quiet as outside of Main Street. Pool area was ideal for relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, loads of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Nice but not great

It was a more modern hotel as they come in Zakynthos but for what we paid it wasn’t so great. Service wasn’t consistent.. location was good close to shops. Would probably find somewhere else to stay but they have a really nice pool area and day spa but is a bit of a rip off.

Disappointing 4 star hotel

The hotel is very much below its assigned category of 4 stars, and much below the price you pay for it. The rooms are just plain, ok: not extremely cosy, comfortable or clean. The quality of the food is very mediocre, and you find yourself not wanting to come back to the buffet yet another day (the variety is also not great). The staff really does a bad job. The waiters barely smile and they have no style or professionality. One day we left the towels on the floor so that they would get changed, and the staff put them back again on the hanger, from the dirty floor! Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel! Final detail: not only the WiFi is extremely poor, but they give you an account per person (you can connect only one device, forget your laptop or tablet) and the account expires every few days and you need to extend it at reception! Really poor stay, I would not recommend it at all.

Hotel molto confortevole

Camere spaziose, pulite, livello generale molto buono. Frequentato in larga parte da Inglesi. L'offerta per la cena è principalmente orientata per gli inglesi, su questo aspetto forse si potrebbe migliorare con un menu più vario. Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata.

Albergo a Zante

Nell'isola di Zante (Zacinto), gradevole hotel nella frazione di Tsilivi. Piscina, piccolo giardino, camere climatizzate e gradevole soggiorno. Turismo non stanziale, in maggioranza di persone del Regno Unito. Personale gentile ma necessità di conoscere qualcosa di lingua inglese. Colazione internazionale con presenza quotidiana delle specialità greche, yogurt, miele e dolci e robusto comparto del salato. Nel pacchetto acquistato abbiamo optato per la formula mezza pensione e da un quattro stelle mi, ci aspettavamo maggior cura nei cibi alla cena, pur comprendendo di dover soddisfare gusti molto diversi, inglese, italiano, russo etc. Sicuramente da rivedere la carta dei vini a disposizione, molto ristretta e con ricarichi notevoli in rapporto alla qualità offerta. In sostanza, in relazione al rapporto qualità prezzo, un buon servizio in un ambiente curato e questo va sicuramente bene. Offerta una serata con danze greche che ha consentito di socializzare fra clienti che altrimenti non hanno occasione di coinvolgimento. Il mare non è vicinissimo, qualche chilometro, ma per noi che avevamo già deciso di girare le diverse offerte dell'isola in tema di spiagge e arenili nessun problema. Buoni collegamenti pubblici e bella la zona pedonale di Zante. Molta offerta di bar, pub e ristoranti anche in zona. Insomma un buon ricordo.

Posto tranquillo

Posto tranquillo ma meglio avere una autovettura per gli spostamenti. Buone le camere e la zona piscina, vario e abbondante il cibo anche se non sempre adeguato per un hotel a quattro stelle. Prezzi in linea con l'offerta dell'isola.
