Modern base with great staff, but mixed for families with older kids We spent 8 days here in early August as a family of four. Overall, the hotel offers modern comfort and friendly service, though several aspects could be improved for family stays. Rooms: Modern, spacious, and very accommodating with comfortable beds, great storage, and an excellent shower. Housekeeping was daily and pleasant, though floors needed more thorough hoovering. Nighttime noise was an issue, with younger guests below behaving inappropriately in private swim-up pools. Dining: The restaurant is clean and well laid out with attentive, polite staff. However, the buffet area feels small, food variety is limited, there is no dedicated kids' corner, child-friendly choices are minimal, and the snack bar needs more options. Location & Amenities: Excellent location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The pool is nice but lacks waterslides, and there is no entertainment for kids aged 6+. Additionally, while the staff were welcoming, we experienced uncomfortable staring from some Eastern European guests towards our mixed-race family. A solid, clean hotel, but better dining variety, more activities for older children, and less nighttime disruption would improve the family experience.

Hotel of 2 halves

The Hotel was immaculate and looked as if it had been recently renovated. The rooms I would give 10/10 as they were very modern, comfortable and had excellent amenities. The only negative which was major for us was the food & drink. The main restaurant was buffet style and was repetitive each day. The drinks of beer & wine that you had to pour yourself. Breakfast was all precooked with no option of omelettes etc and juice you had to pour yourself from the machine. There was also a snack bar with 5 options each day, a pre cooked hotdog, toastie, pot of Greek salad or a pot of jelly. We ate out most nights apart from the first night.

Great place for an all inclusive stay. Close enough to walk to the main laganas strip but still far enough away to avoid the noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Buffet food was better than I expected. A great range of healthy salads, pasta, stews, breads, dessert. Every lunch time and dinner there was a chicken, pork, and seafood option. Breakfast was also good with a mix of fruits, yogurt, pastry, and cooked items. There are multiple pools and enough space to spread out. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away as well.

Hey We were staying with 2 friends in the room. The location of the hotel is excellent in the center of Laganas. At the same time, we were disappointed to find that the hotel would not give us 2 tickets to open the door and we were both stuck in one. Plus the food in the dining room was neither tasty nor varied. The bread is very much a choice. Other dinners were missing other types of meats and legumes. At breakfast there is no toast to make, no omelette, no more types of cheese to spread and milk delicacies. We had to eat out in restaurants, too bad, because everything is in a good location with a nice pool and needs to improve the food and service theme to the guest. Thanks and congratulations Avirn Zaguri aviranzaguri@gmail.com

Receptie was servicegericht.
