“좋은점: 친절한 직원들, 체크인과 체크아웃때 아프리카 특유의 환영문화를 접할 수 있음. 시설이 잘 관리받고 있는 느낌을 받았고 리조트 규모 대비 객실 수가 적당해서 다소 프라이빗한 느낌도 받을 수 있음. 객실이 쾌적하고 에어컨이 시원하다 못해 추울 정도로 가동이 잘됨. 시설 내 운동시설이 별도의 건물에 있으며 스파 시설 또한 별도의 건물로 이용 가능. 안 좋은점: 리조트 주변에 정말 아무것도 없음. 밥을 먹으려고 해도 리조트 내 레스토랑을 이용할 수밖에 없는데 가격이 상당히 비쌈. 5성급이라 하더라도 적당한 가격이라 생각되지 않는데 잔지바르 자체가 물가가 좀 비싼거 같음. 공항에서 1시간 이상 소요됨. 아침 조식 미포함일 경우 1인당 23달러로 이용 가능한데 그정도의 퀄리티 또는 구성은 아님. 수영장이 생각보다 작음. 리조트 내에서 각종 문화체험 등을 신청할 수 있는데 이것도 참 비쌈. 리조트에서 인근 city로 이동하려고 할 경우 리조트에 콜택시 요청을 해야하는데 이동거리...

“The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. “Recommend 100%! Hotel staffs and receptions are very welcoming, supportive and helpful. All transportation, tour programs were managed by the hotel, very easily. The views from the hotels are fantastic, foods are great with its happy-hour cocktail. ”

“Everything great, as mirrored in my 5 star assessment. Only thing to improve on is the sound/noice level of day and evening entertainment, it is simply too loud. Had to leave the resort some evenings and stay at other places, when I was not in the mood for loud drumming or dancing entertainment. Not even in my room it was bearable to be. “We are currently cycling around the world ( from Australia) The staff were wonderful and did an amazing job helping us to pack our bikes for our flight. A big shout out to Asha and Gift for everything! The rooms were quiet and beds comfy. A bit challenging to work out light switches though. The swimming pool was huge ! Just a quick mention that there’s no bar at the hotel so we got a taxi into stone town which wasn’t a problem for us. ”
