"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about my recent stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and found the experience pleasant. However, I did encounter a bit of a challenge during the check-in process. When I arrived, there was only one person at the front desk assisting guests. At the same time, a group of women were checking in together and had quite a few questions for the staff member, which understandably took a bit longer to address. As a result, I ended up waiting in line for about twenty minutes, even though it was just four women checking into the same room ahead of me. This was the only aspect of my stay that I found less than ideal, and I wanted to mention it in case there might be ways to streamline the check-in process for future guests.
