Dear MikeThank you for your comments. If an early departure is planned, guests can order a breakfast box until midday the day before departure. The receptionist working in the afternoon / evening cannot give you food in place of breakfast.Our opening hours have been communicated to you by message before your arrival.We hope on your understanding.Best regards

Dear SujaOur room key cards are security cards and should not be destroyed or thrown away after use. This is why we ask for CHF 20.-- to replace them from all our guests who do not return them when they leave which is also mentioned in the information brochure in the rooms.We only regret that you have no understanding in this matter.After your initial information, that you might have lost the key card, you never informed the reception that you definitely lost the key card. You went in and out of the room, without ever asking the staff to open the door for you. We therefore assumed that you found the key card again and we did not give you a replacement key cardOnly late in the evening of your last night you told us, after we asked you, that you had lost the key card.
