Nice hotel

The hotel is Quite new condition is good it’s a new area the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothers me it’s construction nearby to build a new metro lines.

Great hotel

Wonderful experience at Aloft hotel. A very nice boutique hotel at a very affordable price located on a developing area of town facing a new shoppping malls with buzzing activities. The + point was the great service provided by the receptionist who helped me track a garment I had forgotten in a previous hotel and send it to my next one. Very efficient! The - point was the poor lighting in the room. Could definitely be upgraded.

There are better options.

Hotel isn’t located on the Main Street but rather a side walk. So this creates inconvenience to the taxi or pick up service. Weird front desk design. The round shape front desk sometimes confuses the customer which lane (if there is any) is for which staff.

水準不錯

地點不錯，往地鐵站步行10分鐘左右，鄭州東站步行15分鐘左右，滴滴叫車到動作的活人民幣20塊左右。酒店設施保持不錯，有問題的話跟進也很快，員工有禮。酒店附近有很多東西吃，小型便利店。酒店的中餐廳值得光顧，環境清淨，菜餚美味價錢適中。

酒店員工服務很好。

酒店位置適中，交通方便，離地鐵東風南路站才7分鐘步行，離鄭州東站一個站。可惜沿途沒安全過路設施，險象横生。若然從東站坐出租車，十元便到。 酒店年輕姑娘職員，服務十分好。第一天到步趕時間問地鐵站位置和怎去，因為路線紆迴，最後年輕姑娘職員親自帶領前往到地鐵站口。 本人入住酒店房間高樓層，十分舒適。只是雪櫃完全不冷，內地的習慣吧。雪櫃既然不冷，用來幹嗎。免費Wifi 很慢，並沒作用。

Consistent quality with bad traffic

The hotel is good, the service is very cozy but the traffic is bad due to the construction of subway which has no idea when it will end. My car cannot find the entrance so that I have to carry my luggage into the lobby.
