"I am fortunate to find this hotel. The amenities were perfect. The hotels reviews are understated. Staff and properties delivered much more than I thought and much more than most require. When the beach was too hot, I was able to resort back to one of the balconies with a refreshing beverage which gave me such relief from the heat. I love my stays at all the hotels in Zihuatanejo over the …big and not so big but I have just reserved my next visit for this hotel and this hotel only. The locals here told me upon my next visit, time order a dozen cookies upon my arrival. I will love it. Please enjoy your day in the future!"

"Paid extra for a room with a balcony. Clearly showed it in all the pictures. Never got it and was offered one for 200 pesos more per day. Was an 8 night reservation. Like the hotel and everything else was good but I feel a little ripped off"

"Overall would stay again. I went during hurricane simon so we had a bit of water inside the room. For a local non expensive place I would definitely go here again. We got a complimentary upgrade but so many stairs. Its appreciated. They have a rate for cabs which is nice. Overall great experience."
