This hotel has a beautiful location. The terrace where we had breakfast had a wonderful view. We also had a great meal in the restaurant at a reasonable price. However, several things were disappointing. The shower was too cold to use - would be OK in the summer, I’m sure. The breakfast was very poor value with no hot food. For the breakfast we paid £40 for 2 adults and 2 kids on Expedia - the hotel said it should have been €9 each but didn’t offer a refund, and that still would have been overpriced. There are a large number of cats around the place, which is cute but proved not terribly hygienic. The TV didn’t work. The shaving mirror in the bathroom was broken. These last 2 things are minor quibbles but for a “4 star” hotel with an 8.8 Expedia rating, it was not what I was expecting. Without those, I would booked a cheaper place. I will be wary of relying so much on ratings/stars in future.

Nos decepcionó la habitación para un 4 estrellas: habitación muy oscura, el sofá estaba destrozado muy dañado imposible sentarse allí. Presión de agua y problema de drenaje. De lo contrario, el hotel está bien ubicado para andar en bicicleta por la vía verde.

Dreamy location with great facilities. We found the hotel on spec and couldn't believe our luck. It was everything we wanted and more. We spent five days here - hiring bikes from the Hacienda and cycling along the Via Verde, returning for a dip in the beautiful pool, followed by drinks on the terrace which offers panoramic views of olive groves, ending the day with a delicious supper in the restaurant. Heaven!

Personeel was onvriendelijk, eten op de locatie was teleurstellend, het zwembad was aan renovatie toe, het trappetje was zo kapot dat het gevaarlijk is. Van buiten een schitterende acco, maar eenmaal binnen valt het erg tegen.

Estancia con mucho encanto
Hotel rural con mucho encanto e historia, a pie de vía verde, ideal para practicar ciclismo o senderismo por el entorno. El recinto es precioso y el restaurante ofrece comida muy buena relación calidad precio. Ha sido la segunda estancia, volveremos a repetir. Muy recomendable para escapadas rurales, el emplazamiento y vistas son ideales.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite. Au milieu des oliveraies avec une vue MAGNIFIQUE de la terrasse dès la petit-déjeuner ! Bonne gastronomie. À 15/20 mn à pieds par une piste cyclable pour rejoindre Au Zuheros.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Leider lädt der Zustand des Gebäudes nicht unbedingt zum langen Verweilen ein. Viele Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen, werden nicht gepflegt, und die an sich traumhafte Dachterrasse ist nicht zur gemütlichen Nutzung hergerichtet (schlechte Plastikstühle, kein Sonnenschutz, keine Bewirtung). Um den nicht funktionsfähigen Zimmersafe wurde sich während des Aufenthalts trotz mehrfacher Anfrage nicht gekümmert. Die Hinterlassenschaften der vielen Katzen wurden nicht konsequent weggemacht. Das Restaurant der Hacienda war dafür ausgesprochen gut.

Art und Lage der Hazienda sind schön und anregend, einschießlich der vielen Katzen und Schwalben. Teilbereiche könnten besser gepflegt sein - Terassen, Sauberkeit der Innenhöfe, insbesondere Pflege und Sauberkeit am Pool und den Sanitäreinrichtungen dort. Das Frühstück ist nicht abwechslungsreich, die Bereitstellung und der Zustand der Frühstücksräume wirken lieblos. Mit ein wenig mehr Sorgfalt in bestimmten kleinen Dingen könnten große kundenfreundliche Wirkungen erzielt werden. Der Mehrpreis für Juniorsuite ist nicht durch nutzbare Größe und Ausstattung ausgeglichen; die Zimmerbeleuchtung ist teilweise nicht ausreichend für einen Aufenthalt (Lesen, Arbeit am Computer). Stühle oder andere zweckmäßige Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung im Zimmer sind wünschenswert. Die fehlende Verfügbarkeit von internationalen TV-Programmen ist bedauerlich.

Lovely property in great location, poor service.
Beautiful building in a stunning location, but falls somewhat short of the expected standards of a 4* hotel at that price range. Reception staff were delightful, but service for our party of eight at dinner was very haphazard. We ordered bottles of wine for the table, and the wine was poured into our glasses from opened bottles and we were charged 'per glass' prices! Very unimpressed at breakfast that tables weren't laid up, and when the waitress brought our coffees she made no attempt to clean rubbish and crumbs from previous people off the table, she just dumped the coffees down and walked off. Not the sort of service I'd expect in a 4* hotel charging Parador prices! One of our group had stayed in the hotel a couple of weeks earlier to check it out, and had enquired about the swimming pool, as all the advertising for the property features the lovely, big, blue pool, and we all particularly wanted to use it, and she had been told that it would definitely be ready for our stay. We were very unimpressed on arrival to find it was a dirty green puddle due to broken equipment. We accept that the pool isn't usually opened until June, but we had asked, and we were expecting to have the use of it. My wife and I used the Arab Baths, and they were excellent, with a charming receptionist and all very clean and thoroughly enjoyable. Overall a pleasant stay, but the serving staff need to raise their game somewhat to justify the prices and the rating.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wunderbar ruhig gelegen endloser Olivenhaine, ist diese Hacienda der perfekte Ort für einen authentischen Andalusien-Urlaub. Zimmer sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, Restaurant mit tollem Service, sehr gutem Wein und sehr guter Küche. Im Salon oder von einer der großen Terrassen lässt sich mit herrlichem Blick über die Olivenhaine der Urlaub so richtig genießen.

Besonderes Hotel mit toller Rundum-Ausstattung
Wunderschön und ruhig in Olivenbaum-Landschaft gelegenes Hotel. LAGE: wenig abseits der Hauptrouten Granada und Cordoba. HOTEL: tolle, etwas verschachtelte Anlage mit einigen Zimmern, die man aber gar nicht in der Summe wahrnimmt. Frühstück kann auf Terrasse mit super Blick in die Landschaft eingenommen werden, das Hotel-eigene Restaurant ist etwas gepflegter. ZIMMER-AUSSTATTUNG: Zweckmäßig, sehr sauber, geräumig und ansprechend. ANLAGE: Pool mit Blick in die Landschaft ist phantastisch, Gebäude sind von Aussen mit vielen Details, Blumen, Pflanzen etc. versehen. Maurisch-spanische Atmosphäre insgesamt, auch durch das kleine Arabische Bad.
