“싱크대가 막혀있습니다. 그리고, 세면대 물이 너무 약하게 나오네요. 여긴 무인운영하는 곳이라 물어볼 곳도 마땅치 않습니다.”

“Check in/out was super easy, the code worked after check in time and not after check out time! Room was clean though not well ventilated so it was HOT and we often left the door open and the fan running and it was still stuffy (mid summer). Otherwise it was great!”

“So easily accessible to public transportation and to everything a traveling family might need. Food, entertainment, wine, etc.”

“Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here.”

“The location is great. Very near both the 72 and 13. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There were basic cooking utensils and appliances, although a few more items (such as a toaster, a baking dish or tray, tongs, and paper towels, for example) would have been helpful. There were plenty of nice towels and soap/shampoo. The shower is great with ample hot water and pressure. Be advised: there is no lift and this apartment is on the top floor - LOTS of steps! Also, we happened to visit...
