Location was perfectly central and in a lively location. Room attributes were very good, good size, extremely clean, bathroom clean and modern. This hotel has a lift. And most importantly the 2 ladies on front desk were extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations. A great stay.

Loved this place! Was right in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and sights. We stayed in a room that sleeps three, and were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room and had a bottle of wine and a terrace off of our room! We also arrived early and the front desk had no problem holding our bags and even bringing them into the room for us when the room was ready. Would highly recommend!

Good location, fairly quiet considering the fact that it's in the city center. Restaurants, shopping and the river are close, easy walk from the train station. I did not like that the widows are blocked from opening and there is a super noisy portable air conditioning unit in the room. Also, as an international traveler, it's not easy to call the hotel and it would be more helpful if messaging responses were faster, especially on the arrival day

Location is excellant near a very lively plaza. Room is very functional with a mini kitchen and a fridge. We had a window open in to plaza that made it interesting. They are in process of finishing the upgrade of the hotel, so ask for a fan as room tends to be warm

The hotel was in a very good location, very close to everything. The hotel room and bathroom were very small, but I understand, that is normal for Europe. We arrived a the hotel around 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet. We were able to leave our luggage and walk around. We came back at 2:45 pm and the room was still not ready. We were told to come back in 15 min. We did come back in 15 min and the room was ready.

The front office staffs are very friendly. The hotel is very centrally located in the old town with a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The weekend can get a little noisy from the street. The WiFi is extremely unreliable. The room is spacious but Bathroom is very tight can fit one person at the time. We had do no disturb sign on in the morning but housekeeping open the door without even knocking at 8am which is terrible. We were told that some don’t speak English but the sign has a sleeping symbol on it which is universal. Thankfully we were awake and stopped them coming in right away.

So positives the staff is outstanding and very accommodating. The property location is outstanding to see old town Zürich. 10 min walk to the main train station. Now the property does not have air conditioning but they provided portable air conditioning to the rooms. The room and the shower are compact so if you are on the big size of things it will be tight. I would recommend for a short stay.

The only negative was the hotel had temporary air conditioners (we visited 8/31-9/2) which had a hose that had to be put out of the windows. Otherwise, the beds were great and we had a little sitting area that give us more room. Key point for us-the bathroom had a solid wall (not glass) and light switch INSIDE the door, so my spouse was not disturbed by later night visits to the bathroom. Great location in the middle of Old Town. I would stay again.

Ideally located to explore the city. Spoilt for choice of restaurants and walkable with suitcases to the train station. Take note it doesn’t have a restaurant and breakfast places don’t open early in the morning so one must plan accordingly.

We chose this hotel based on previous reviews and location. Staff super friendly and helpful. This week was unusually hot and they had a portable AC in the room which was fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes or 4 by tram. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again in my next trip to Zurich.

Weekend staff not as good as week day staff, they were awesome! Helpful advice on places to go and assistance with room and bag storage. Thankfully a portable air conditioner was placed in our room, certainly needed it as days were 30+ and nights in the low to mid 20’s. Wifi was not great, even the television buffered. Location was great for us, easy access to most things and in a quieter area. Would recommend to others.

The rooms are small, but they have everything. The time that I stayed, temperatures were elevated, and the room has NO air condition. Only a Dyson that cools the room down a little bit.
