I am a manual wheelchair user so upon arrival they upgraded me to a fully accessible room. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room had hardwood floors, low bed, padded shower chair, roll under sink and grab bars. The resturant is wheelchair accessible via the kitchen. The executive lounge in not wheelchair accessible. The airport shuttle is a sprinter van and not wheelchair accessible if you cannot transfer out of your wheelchair.
