공항셔틀버스는 좋습니다만 서비스가 엉망입니다. 에어컨이 나오지 않아 더워서 이야기했는데 고장이 나서 어쩔 수 없다고 바깥이 시원하니 창문을 열어라합니다. 하지만 밖에 불빛으로 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 비싼데 이렇게 성의가 없습니다.

물이 아까운 호텔
방에 물 없음. 심지어 식당에서 15프랑 뷔페밥을 먹었는데...먹다 남은 것들임. 비어있는 요리 리필 안해줌. 심지어 탭워터 달라해도 물은 사먹으라함. 호텔방이든 호텔식당이든 물은 화장실 물 먹든 다 사먹으라함. 좋은점은 공한가는 셔틀이 20분마다 있음. 하지만 작은 미니벤이라 다 못타서 다음차 타는 사람이 많음

기차역에서 찾아가기가 어렵니다. 빨리가는길은 육교을 건너는건데 구글에 제대로 안나오며 캐리어를 동반하는경우 어찌나힘들던지.. 시설은 가격대비 좋았습니다. 하지만 카운터 여성 직원분이 불친절했습니다. 아침에 공항 셔틀버스를 기다리는데 예정된시간에 오지않아 기다리다못해 물어봤는데 본인은 봤다면 제가 못봣다고합니다. 저희는 20분내내 바로앞에서 기다렸는데 차하나 온적없는데 말이죠.다음차 시간 얼마안남았으니 그거타라해서 뭐라 더 할말이없어서 돌아왔는데 , 같이 기다리던 백인아저씨가 좀있다 물어보러가니 공항에서 사람을태우고돌아와야하는데 그게 늦어져서 제시간에 못왔다고 말해줬다고 알아봐줬다합니다.. 오해일수있으니 차별같이 느껴져서 기분이 안좋았습니다. 공항은가까워서 아침 비행기에 좋습니다

Good location convenient fast check in and out process. Breakfast could be better but no complaint. Free airport shuttle service was also good. All in all recommendable.

A/c is terrible that the room was very hot and no chance to get the temperature down unless open the window. Consumable items, e.g. tissue, is limited to only one box/day!

Very hot in the room, AC makes noise as working but is not colling the room . Stayed in April when is not so hot out, and we kept window opened as couldn't sleep.

I couldn't believe all the negative reviews. I thought this hotel was great. We were traveling with our 2 dogs and the staff were very accommodating. The room was clean, had a fridge, kettle and coffee supplies. The windows open (which i love) and the water pressure was great. The surrounding area is great as well. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and plenty of green spaces for the dogs. : )) My only disappointment was that the onsite restaurant didn't have the barbecued steaks they advertise. : (( It's a very busy hotel...bus loads of tourists and airline crew arriving daily.

Mövenpick es lugar con un aroma excelente desde que entra al lobby. Sus areas limpias y su personal atento, teniendo un buffet bueno y cuartos en perfecto estado. Lo unico que no me gusto del lugar es la deficiencia del aire acondicionado que no enfriaba los cuartos.

This is advertised as a "4 star premium hotel". We weren't expecting a 2 star experience with outdated rooms which lacked air conditioning, not even air circulation. The staff was friendly and happy to assist, but they couldn't resolve the issues. We were given a mini fan by the janitor. We asked for another room, it was full. The next day we got another room but there it was the same. After moving to yet another room with the same issue, we gave up. Funny thing is: when you enter the lobby, everything is cool and smells nice. Nothing compared to the rooms where the guests actually are staying. The showers in the various rooms all had limescale and were leaking, so it seems structural.

Close and convenient if traveling to/from airport for 1 night but would not recommend for longer stays. Sadly it is a little worn and a little dated. Also be weary about air conditioning don’t think it has it as many people were asking. That all being said the staff were great and helpful. A shuttle also available to/from airport for convenience.

Excellent location. We stayed here as we had a 17 hr layover. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable. Rooms had modern amenities and were very comfortable. We took an Uber to the city and visited the downtown including Confiserie Sprungli ( Paradeplatz location).

PROS: Walkable to the train station. We were able to go Zurich Central via the tram. They have shuttle bus to go the airport. CONS: The sink in our bathroom was plugged, draining slowly.

I travel intensively and this is by far the worst hotel I had been in the last 30 years. Considering that I worked for Movenpick a while ago and I know their standard, I can’t believe how badly it had been managed. Outdated furniture, dirty floors ( in the first room there were foot prints , in the second one - filthy carpeting) I came to check in at 2:30 PM instead of 3:00 and they tried to charge me 66 CHF for early check in. Expedia’ hotel description stated - free hotel shuttle from the airport , the only problem that they don’t tell you that there is no free shuttle between the hours of noon and 4:30 PM Strong advise - if you need hotel at Zurich airport, don’t stay at Movenpick , choose something else

The gentleman who checked us in (and might be the same man I spoke to on the phone) was very nice and friendly. But, when we were at the airport waiting for the transfer bus and we called - we spoke to a woman who I simply could not understand and she apparently didn't understand me. It was nearly 11pm and we were at the bus location and there was no information that another bus would be arriving that night. She just kept telling be where to find the bus pickup location, confusing me and making me think I couldn't be in the right place. We finally left that area (which was the correct place) and went wandering around then went back there just as a bus arrived - it wasn't Movenpick, but we had seen something about another company name and ask if he was going to Movenpick... and we eventually got there. It was very unpleasant and confusing.

The hotel would only let us check in an hour early with an additional fee of CHF60. We had to change rooms because there was an issue with the toilet. We had heard that breakfast was included which turned out to be incorrect.

I wasn’t able to get the fridge working. I couldn't control the heat, therefore had to keep the window open which made it noisy because of the traffic and then when I went to dry my hair, the hairdryer stopped working.
