We loved everything about our stay. Our room was much larger than expected, very clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the front staff was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed with family. I loved the breakfast - Most definitely 10/10. It was very complete and everything was delicious. I also used the spa, which was exactly what I needed after a day of walking. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from beautiful Rapperswil.

Dear black travelers, this is . Switzerland made me feel like home away from home, at this hotel specifically. We had an amazing time here! The staff is very friendly and speaks English well. The breakfast hours are 0630-1030 and the selection is very nice. They had a mix of traditional american choices (bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, toast, yogurt) and European choices (assorted seeds and nuts, many different types of breads and crossants, ham, salami, cured meats, and cheese). The casino is a decent size. It has a couple blackjack tables, roulette, and 1 table thats the equivalent to ultimate Texas holdem. Then ofcourse an assortment of slots. The restaurant is also pretty good. When you go in your room there may be a large circular paper that looks like a casino chip. You can use 1 per day, per person. Ensure you take it daily to the check in desk in the casino or cashiers cage if the promotion is going on. Its 10 free CHF. They also offer discounts for the waterpark thats a short walk away. The room was comfortable and the shower water was very very very hot. Be careful. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasnt too horrible.

We traveled to Switzerland for the first time and decided to stay here instead of Zurich because it was cheaper. It is far from all the touristy places but that made our stay more peaceful being away from all the crowds we rented a car so location wasn’t a huge problem for us since we just drove everywhere. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and convenient.

It is quite okay for business trip. the only disadvantage is the accessibility through public transportation. It takes at least 10-15 min to reach out hotel from the closest railway destination. BTW, the view of the restaurant is quite well.

We chose this hotel as we needed a place for stopover on our drive to Innsbruck. It is ideally situated off the highway. There is a casino in the hotel as well. The room was quite large (family of 4) with a balcony overlooking the lake. We had dinner at the sushi restaurant, which was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was also very good (one of the best on our trip). The options were numerous and we enjoyed the fresh OJ machine. Parking was ample and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We were given a room which was attached to another room and door was not locked someone just walked into our room. When asked to change the room, receptionist said there was no other room available within our rate. Pillows were not comfortable and it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was not cold at all and was just blowing air. Breakfast was great and most importantly there was free parking available. Location is also great next to the lake.

Modern hotel but issues

Really nice modern hotel with quality room and great breakfast and dining options. but we had 2 issues that spoiled our stay a bit. 1) Ongoing construction around hotel plus event setup everywhere in hotel was a bit of a disruption and eyesore. Hotel is also right on the train tracks. 2) hotel required upfront pre-authorisation of hotel stay cost (CHF277) + CHF200 deposit, and then on check out another separate charge for the hotel stay (reason given that otherwise the 200 deposit would take 30 days to be refunded). As a traveller from another country with limited CHF in a multi currency debit card used while traveling, this was super inconvenient. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund of the CHF477 even though the hotel says they have released… and just hope it refunds after 30 days as promised. This caused unwanted stress, admin to follow up and cost to transfer more funds from other currency to cover trip costs. Also the casino in the hotel might not be that great for you if you’re not a gambler (but the CHF10 free voucher to use in casino was a nice touch)
