Very conveniently located, near the train station. Just around the corner is: a MacD, a Coop supermarket and a fantastic south east asian restaurant that's both modern and reasonably priced. The room is spotlessly clean and large. The only thing is it's quite loud outside, but the windows are so well insulated, as soon as you close them you'll hear nothing. All in all fantastic value for money

This is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were no appliances such as shampoo, soap etc. Also, the shower was loose and the hair dryer was not working. The area around the property was good in terms of restaurants, transportation etc but it was very difficult to sleep during the night because of the noice of the cars and people passing by.

Suited our purpose for overnight. Small room but comfortable bed and excellent shower with clean towels & bath wash - no disposable cups. Very hot day and no air con and fan unsuitable, opened window to noisy street and loud people till very, very late. Excellent instruction for key and lift and wifi. Lots of local eateries.

Good bargain in an expensive Zurich. The room was adequate and the bed slept well. The air conditioning was not cold as I like but a small fan in the room helped. Overall was adequate for my needs. Restaurants nearby and some shopping. About a 20 minute walk from the Zurich Hb Train Station.

Clean room. No kitchen just a medium size room. No rubbish bin, fan not working. All night been hot and so nosy due to people and cars all night. Very rough area nearby.

The location of this hotel was both good and bad. It is convenient to the tram line and a short walk from the main train station. Unfortunately the street is very busy at night with both people shouting and music playing. It also appears to be a major route for police or other vehicles with sirens. The room I had overlooked the street. The room was very hot with no air circulation, no air conditioning, no fan, nothing. If one opened the windrow the first issue encountered was a sun shape that had no means of retracting. Small slits in it bared allowed any air through. Fortunately a previous tenant, or perhaps the building owner left a piece of coaxial cable to tie up some of the slats to allow some wind to enter the room. Unfortunately the level of noise from the street below made it impossible to sleep with the window open as the chaos outside ensued well into the early hours. The room and the bathroom were clean and the shower was reasonably good. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, leaving it full of water or with a a messy residue. There is no front desk or hotel personnel around. There is a very strange video intercom that gives a grainy picture of the front entranceway. Though relatively inexpensive it has little to offer beyond basic needs. I’d encourage the ownership to add some kind of ventilation to the room, at bare minimum a fan.

I have stayed 3 nights in this property... The cleanliness of the room was good, the bed was very comfortable. The bad things i Will say it now.... The TV did not work, i had no heating in the room for 3 nights, the noise from the other apartments was very loud even after the silence hours and i could not sleep very much., if you take a shower all the water goes into your room, you need to put towels to stop entering the room. Rather than that i enjoyed my short break in Switzerland.

This hotel is perfect if you’re staying in a nice weather, but not recommended to stay here during the hot summer as it does not provide AC or fan. Turned out it is a common swiss things because they are supporting the environment. But i really couldn’t survive the heat, it feels like living in a sauna room. This might help a little bit, you can get portable fan at interdiscount inside the Zurich HB station nearby. Other than this, the hotel is perfect! The location, grocery nearby. The staff was not physically around, all communication was done through email, however they respond very fast. There’s also no sign of the hotel, the entrance is at a restaurant where you can find the box for your check in and check out. I hope this help

First of all, this is not a room, it's a nightmare. The temperature inside was well over 90°F, with no air conditioner, no fan, and no proper ventilation. There were no windows, and the only option was to open the roof slider, which exposed us to constant street noise and people shouting outside.Finding the property was extremely difficult. The listing presents itself as a hotel, when in reality it is an apartment. This is misleading to customers and does not accurately represent the accommodation being offered.There were also several serious maintenance and safety issues. The kitchen electrical outlet was pulled out from the wall, creating a potential electrical hazard. The shower head was broken, and water was leaking from the plumbing.I hate to say this, but this is simply not a suitable place to stay, let alone live in. Based on my experience, the property falls far below reasonable standards for comfort, safety, and accuracy of listing.

The kitchen faucet had a puddle from the time I arrived and would leak whenever used. I messaged them the same day I arrived, and I still have not received a response. This is the second time I stayed at their property within a week and they did not provide any soaps or a little towel like they did in the first property, I was limited to one towel for several days. Also NO AC, they should provide at least a standing fan.
