Location was perfect (right around the corner was a tram stop easily accessible to all places in Zurich) room was exactly the same condition as shown in photos. Crystal clean. Easy access for self check-in. Safe area. Easy check out system. During our stay had questions for late check out and luggage storage and the staff was easily contacted and very helpful. (Late check out can be confirmed on the day of check out and only 1 extra hour was possible.)...

Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family.
