“Upon arrival, our room was extremely dirty. There was a significant amount of dust behind the furniture, and the walls and ceiling were filthy. The room was also infested with hundreds of mosquitoes. We immediately requested a room change. The hotel eventually found another available room around 10:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this room was also infested with bugs, although it was somewhat cleaner.
