A jewel of a hotel. It’s like walking into an alternate world were everything is beautiful, polished, chic, happy and done with extreme taste. In top of everything, it is so strategically located. I had an Issue with a not very friendly staff clerk at arrival but the rest of the staff was beyond believe… friendly, attentive, professional and caring. Definitely my place to stay when in Amsterdam but next time, need to get a canal view for the full experience.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay—very professional, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection and good quality.
However, there were a few drawbacks. In the breakfast area, the cooking smells tended to stick to clothes, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly and felt warm. Our room also had a limited view, and there was some noticeable noise at times.
Overall, it was a good stay, mainly due to the quality of service and breakfast, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

We really enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Found the food to be excellent and the staff was also so very nice. The room was cool and unique. Great stay! We will be back and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
