"I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. The water pressure was low in the room and they readily switched me to a different room. The food at the restaurant was fantastic.
