"Friendly staff and located in a great part of town to see the sites"

"The front of house staff which were available to support 24hours, were very friendly and helpful - excellent customer service. The room was spacious, clean and kept to a high modern standard. The room has a mini bar, with alcoholic (beers) and soft drinks. The bed mattress was on the firm side but worked for me as I much prefer it. The breakfast was also good, as a buffet type you get a choice between hot and cold food (or both). The hotel is in a superb location only 6mins walk to Sultanahmet Square and at close proximity to restaurants and bars. Public transport (tram) is also a few mins walk. I would highly recommend."

"The room was spotless and filled with necessities-shoe polish, coffee and tea and even a minibar. The cleaning lady was available throughout the day and very obliging. I cannot say enough about the reception. They made sure I was comfortable and they arranged for tours and answered questions. "
