"The staff were really friendly and helpful when we asked questions, especially since it was our first time in Nha Trang. The room we stayed in was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. They cleaned our room every day. There is a pool on the 17th floor with an amazing view of both the mountains and the beach. It’s conveniently within walking distance to the beach, and the area is very quiet and pleasant. (1) Condition of room was slightly run down, e.g. towels and kettle were not clean and room lighting was dim;
(2) Staff could not really speak basic English and compared to other 4-star hotels in VN, they did not help us with our luggage;
(3) Hotel was surrounded by construction;
(4) Buffet breakfast spread was underwhelming in taste and variety.
A good point was the location, it was near the beach, as well as VinWonders cable car /...
