"When I arrived to the property, I was greeted by the front desk worker she was cool and friendly. I didn’t get a chance to get her name, she worked the afternoon shift. The over night front desk girl was asleep when I went up to the front desk when I asked for a new key she seemed annoyed and was honestly rude, she didn’t even say anything after handing me the key she looked like she didn’t want to pull that shift. "

"The staff was friendly. Located conveniently for getting to downtown Austin by car, but hotel has an easy parking lot- unlike the downtown hotels. All-around good stay."

"This is a modern hotel in an ideal location with just a few minutes walk to the city and lively bars on 6th Street. Our room was large and well equipped, breakfast was very good and the staff were great. The hotel has parking but we didn't use this facility. I would recommend walking down 6th Street away from the city (About 15 mins walk) under the I35 for a more laidback relaxing day/evening with some great bars, restaurants and micro breweries (Zilkers Brewing, Lazarous Brewing and Saddle Up...

"Decent and well located in a scenic area. Bathrooms and bed were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. A/C was very good. Breakfast was good. We had the two room suite which was roomy however the carpet in the room was dirty and the furniture worn. The hotel is undergoing a long-needed renovation but we had no inconvenience from it and hotel was quiet during our weeknight stay. Check-in was polite and helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, quiet and the breakfast was wonderful with healthy choices. The pet fee was a little high but it was very pet friendly with a nice space for dogs."
