Having said that, all rooms are ocean facing, it is right in the boardwalk, it’s clean, and the staff are helpful. The cost is reflective of all this, so if you are there to be close to the beach, in walking distance of decent restaurants, and to spend your money on the sights and restaurants, not a super fancy motel- this is the place for you. “The room was very clean and spacious. Being so close to the beach front is amazing, with most hotels there you have to pay for parking but here it was free. The staff is very helpful and kind. It rained most of my stay and with it being so humid the air conditioner was put in to work. And it did not disappoint. Overall I would definitely stay here again.”

The shower was flooding onto the bathroom floor every time we showered, zero water pressure, they didn’t have enough towels or wash clothes to give us more, it smelled terrible when we walked in our room, didn’t have WiFi, room was small and not clean, none of the staff seemed to know what was going on in the hotel or in the area on Memorial weekend and the ac literally fell apart in our room.
