"I stayed here seven nights during New Years and occupied the deluxe family room Central location, good wifi, friendly staff, clean facilities. Because of its central location, it can get quite loud. The security guard is unfriendly and glued to his phone but the other staff is helpful if you ask. Overall, average place with decent prices. "

"Staffs were very friendly, accommodating & super helpful. Hotel is conveniently in the middle of the town that you can just safely walk around the little stores and dining places."

"Short walk into Town, there’s a hill to navigate, you can get tricycle to and from town though The pools a blessing, nice to cool off Room was good too and value for money"

I decided to try out some hostels for this solo travel trip and I’ve come to the conclusion hostels aren’t really for me, but I would definitely stay at The Outpost again because of the staff. If you enjoy the hostels experience or traveling in a budget, then definitely hit up The Outpost. "

"It’s a little out of the way about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. But only about 3-5 minutes on a tuk tuk. Staff was great and very helpful. It is on a side street of another side street (going down then up a hill so just be aware for when you come with bags) "

"They have a 24/7 front desk. Walkable to stores, coffee shops, and travel tour offices. The street is very busy with locals and tourist travelers. It is very easy to stop a tricycle outside the hotel to go to tourist places. "

"We like the central location, near to everything. The place is old. They are renovating, making a lot of noises and creating dust and unhealthy air environment. The power and water are on and off, more of No power and no water. Staffs are friendly."

"The hotel is close to the port where all tours meet at. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Though there were multiple blackouts during the times I stayed. "

"This is not a place to welcome people. It is very dirty and not safe, there were more than 20 men doing some weird business just outside the room. We changed the hotel because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. We would have not been able to sleep there in these conditions. We usually don’t have high standards in terms of rooms, but this was just not acceptable. "

"The shower floor was always clogged whenever we use the shower, so gross. There was no toilet paper. Location is not good, you’ll have to walk minimum 15minutes to go the center or wait for a tricycle. You‘ll get awaken by the noise of the roosters early in the morning as early as 4 o’clock. Bed makes noise whenever you move, very small space. No foto of the shower because it was filthy."

"Great location for a visit to Coron, we stayed for 7 days and enjoyed the whole stay. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful, I will stay here again when I return! "

"The stay here was spoiled by both Expedia.ca and the management of the hotel. I booked two rooms, same size and same date but was charged double for one of the rooms... on day 4 of our stay came back to room to get key and no key at front desk. Spare key found by staff who opened door and found cleaning staff sleeping soundly on my bed...not a joke joke but funny anyway ..."
