“When I first got the room, it was spotless, but after that, they only changed the towels and nothing else. Communication was very difficult; none of the receptionists speak English, and even using a translator didn't help much. I don't understand why they don't use the air conditioning at reception—it's inhumane—and the air conditioning in the room doesn't work.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the family that runs it. I thought the price was too good to be true, but I took a chance and so glad I did. I would have paid 5x more. It’s located in a small alley with a market, hair and nail salons, an outdoor market on the same block, abd 10 min walk to Old Town. The rooms are cool (we actually turned off the AC), clean, and large. And the family, well they are my new family.”

“This place is infested by bugs. There’s literally 1000s of mites all of the room in and in the beds. All over all of my belongings. I’d my surprised if none of them hitched a ride. No human being should sleep in these conditions. Talking to other people staying here and they said the same thing. The owner should get rid of the beds, call pest control and just start over completely ”

“번화한 곳에 자리해서 다니기 편했습니다. 1층 마사지샵을 통해 엘레비이터를 타면 좋은데 계단으로만 로비층으로 가서 엘레비이터를 타는 건 불편했어요. 직원은 매우 친절했어요. 바로 옆에서 새로운 건물을 짓느라 낮에는 엄청 시끄러워요. 방음도 잘 안 돼요. 따뜻한 물이 잘 안 나와요. 수압은 쎄요. 방에서 곰팡이 냄새 좀 나고 그다지 깔끔하지 않았어요. 침대머리가 패브릭재질인데 거기서 온갖 썩은내가 다 났습니다. 가격이 저렴한데 가성비는 별로였어요.”

“We didn’t manage to stay there as was able to book online but when we arrived they said that we had been tricked and they didn’t have any room. I showed them my receipt and they still said we had been tricked. Don’t check computer at any stage. Left us nowhere to stay that evening ”
