"After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk. "

"It was fine for a few nights, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend. Cons: It was SO loud with trucks and motorcycles going by all day and night. I wore earplugs and still couldn’t sleep. This is a common in jardín, so I’d recommend looking for a hotel on the edge of town if you want to sleep. Also service could have been better. No one was there when I arrived at 1pm, which may be been Expedia’s fault, and no one ever responded to my messages. Owners don’t seem to be around often if you need...

Aun cuando la reserva la hice con varios días de antelación, ya estaba paga al 100% desde el momento de la reserva, le confirmé al tipo por WhatsApp porque nunca contestó el teléfono, llegamos allá en la noche y aun cuando el apartamento estaba vacío se negó a entregárnoslo. Básicamente nos negó la entrada a las 9 de la noche con 2 bebés que llevábamos y con lo complicado que era conseguir a esa hora un hotel/hospedaje. Lo que nos...

"The hotel is small with about 7 rooms which was nice. The young man Maricio at the front desk was super helpful and nice and the women who cooked breakfast and cleaned were the same. Breakfast was simple and the same every day but certainly enough and good. The decor is fun and felt very homey. Beautiful view from the balconeys over looking the gorgeous mountains. A short (10-15 minutes walk through the town to the center. Very clean comfortable nice place. Recommend. "
