"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. At the end of the day, the four of us were left alone at the river bank for 45 minutes waiting for he bus...

"Lovely hostel with great staff. We got the suite which is apart from the main building and has its own bathroom. A perfect little couples retreat! The bed was really comfortable too which can be hard to find!"

"The property was in the city center close to everything. Staff was really nice and cooperative. Place is a little outdated, has mold. Also theres a street singer that starts singing @ 7 am that wake you up in the morning. Breakfast was really nice."

"Realice una reservación y cuando llegue al lugar a hospedarme simplemente no me dejaron entrar, me dijeron que ellos no trabajan con Expedia y que debía pagar nuevamente. Finalmente Expedia me dio una solución oportuna reubicándomela en otro alojamiento, deberían eliminar tajantemente a esta propiedad de todas las plataformas de reserva hotelera porque no respetaron mi reserva realizada y pagada previamente "
