“This listing was false advertising. There was no balcony or patio that was right on the sand as described. The closest beach was a 5 to 10 minute drive. The outside backyard was an absolute mess nowhere to hang out fire bit was overgrown with plants and debris. Secondary bathroom had a roach problem. Inside door handle fell off needs to be tightened or repaired. There is no private access to a beach at all. Left multiple messages for the homeowner with no return call. Will not be returning to...
