"horrible, horrible, horrible. mouse trap. paid for hotel 1 month before and when I was arriving there they said I had no reservation, even though it was fully paid. I had to keep my rental car for an extra day, went to 3 hotels before I could get a place to stay. I had to stay in 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels. waisted fun time with moving and hotel change. spend on extra car rental, more expensive places, moving rooms and hotels. how unpleasant it was! got reimbursed for what I had...

"This Riad is Amazing! It is run by Abdul and his daughter Miriam who watch over every detail. Abdul did all the design when they bought two roads that he combined into one, and refurbished into one amazing Riad. His daughter Miriam selected all the furniture, we felt like a king and queen. Breakfast was awesome, very hot shower and TV in the room for the first time since we've been in Morocco. Abdul gave us excellent advice and even took us to some of the key points in Medina."

We wasted the whole afternoon waiting for the worker to fix the situation. He promised us that he had a solution, that he would host us in the Letchina Riad, but it wasn’t true.
