"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. "Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at Hotels.com rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate"

"The hotel is hard to find since it is in the town with winding streets, but the local petrol station came to our rescue. The room was crowded but clean. Breakfast was great. Also they gave us free tickets to the lifts and other attractions in town that compensated for what we paid for the hotel. We would like to return to the hotel and town with our family for an extended vacation; it is a great place with many things to do."

"Great location. Old building, but that is ok. Main issues was pricy compared with what you get: cleanliness was very bad. I did the check-in on Thursday and first time they went to the room to clean it was on Saturday. The bed sheet was like a net and transparent (poked thru). Everything but hygienic. Everybody was smoking inside.The breakfast was really poor. No English!"
