"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "

The check-in process was frustrating, it seems they didn‘t have our booking in the system for 2 rooms. The rooms were still being cleaned even though we arrived in the evening. The water in the shower didn‘t run. The AC didn‘t work. The doors didn‘t close. The curtains on the bed smelled. The wifi barely worked. The way up to the receptions and the rooms is very steep, maybe difficult for less fit...
