" An easy 5-star rating except for the dirty carpet on the third floor. It's begging for deep steam cleaning. 5 stars for the staff, great service & always pleasant to deal with. Much thanks to Pedro, Will & Rivi who made our stay so enjoyable. The location is excellent, most of the points of interest are within walking distance. The Metro (Rossio Station) is a few minutes away & Trolley #15E (for Belem) passes by the hotel. Trolley #28E is available 2 blocks from the property. Sleep quality is...

"It is a new facility, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Need to note two things - first is that the area is very noisy at night and street sounds are load, which means earplugs if you don't want it to bother you. Second - the double bed is 140x190 cm in size, good if you're average size, but can be an issue for the big & tall. "
