"This is a no frills resort. If you're looking to get of the beaten pay this the place . We loved it walking distance on the beach to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island , not white beach, much nicer. Restaurant has a limited selection but some tasty local foods . We rented a motorcycle for 4days best thing ever as we saw the island at our own pace. Support staff fantastic and liokes after us . Very rustic rooms gret experience."

"A good value. Hot water shower, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable bed, and backup generator (used during periodic "brown outs".) Their restaurant is closed but there are three nearby restaurants that are good. Two within easy walking distance and the third is quickly reached by tricycle (local transport). I'm always wary of these types of cottage style rooms as far as security. We had no problems or issues during our stay. Within walking distance of a SCUBA diving resort. Staff was...

"Over-crowded.Organized gambling and drinking parties till 4 am in the morning with very loud music and drunk aggressive customers shouting and making very loud noises it's not possible to sleep. The hotel management doesn't care and told us we need to accept it. I wouldn't recommend the Hotel for a relaxing diving trip at all."

"Mostly this is a dive resort. I booked online without really checking the location. It's actually Sabang I think, and requires a tricycle or jeepney ride from Puerto Galera, and another short trip to Sabang. Check in at Reception was easy, staff were friendly. Reception is located by the bar and restaurant area, which is open, with a view. The hotel is built on a hill. My room was at the bottom of the hill and it's a serious climb back to the top. A bit steep. The room was nice. Fairly new....

"Friendly staff, big rooms with cool temperatures. I wish the pool was open! My only other suggestion would be to build an additional layer of security to the front. In its current form, anyone can walk through the gate and up to your room. From that, I felt unsafe though I did not encounter any crime. Trip was very successful otherwise - thank you!"

"I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. "

"Had a lovely stay at AV Suites in one of their Twin Suites, located on the ground level of the hotel, and my room has an amazing view of the main street and the ocean in front and the mountain in the backdrop. The room is spacious and has a 2 beds and a minibar. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower and complimentary toiletries. They got 2 pools that I enjoyed a lot, The lap pool and infinity pool are a must-try and the perfect spot to capture an Instagrammable picture with the always stunning...

"This hotel is near White Beach, not Sabang Beach. There is a problem with Google Maps when you look it up. White Beach is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants on White Beach. The beds were comfortable but the wifi did not work in our room location. Air conditioning cooled the room but the extra warm temperatures were too much for the unit. Overall 4 out of 5. Staff was very friendly and attentive!"

"My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back. "

"Nice beach setting, nice pool, good air conditioning. The first room they gave me was bare bones, just a bed, and no wifi signal. They gave me a nicer room in the main building, but the bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty and sandy. The toilet had no seat and as you are sitting on the bare porcelain the sink is right in your face. The toilet handle was broken and I guess they expected me to use the cup and bucket to flush, but they fixed the handle when requested. TV was beautiful but didn't...
