"There were men hanging out in front of the rooms on a couch. The smell of pot was overwhelming. The smell of something in the room was overwhelming. The room had no AC on."

"Needs more light fixtures, receptacles that work, coffee machine broke in room, bare continental breakfast, no room service for towels or vacuuming or trash, no ice machines but new one not unboxed yet, no pool as of 5/20/23 still covered. "

"The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using...
