"The good-The lifts literally ran outside the window. Perfect ski in/out location. Adequate on-site parking and walk to village area. Appreciated all the extra coat hooks in the hallway. Not good-communication with property manager. Not informed there was a known issue with tv prior to check in. No tv or internet until later in day 2. And even then, only tv in living room worked, not the one in the bedroom. Not good for the non-skier college professor who needed to be connected. Manager was also...

The towel bar was ripped off the wall, there was a swastika painted in the bathroom, people lived in the room across from us, there was no carpet under the beds (to reduce bedbugs I assume), there were no screens on the windows, the staff was incredibly rude, I could go on and on. Do not, under ANY circumstances, stay here. "
