"The hotel look very old and not clean overall"

"The airport conditioning was real good. The bed was ok. The sink and shower were terrible and there was no wifi, kettle, or drinking water. It you want service and satisfaction, don't come here."

"Big Mistake by me and Big mistake by Expedia to have this horrible property on their website. I trusted Expedia and now I feel so betrayed by Expedia. This place is so difficult to find. No staff onsite to help. No one answer the phone. It's very loud in the room even with ear plugs and I think the noise is from the AC?? The pictures and the description about this property were good when I booked it. I know this is a budget place and I just need to crash for a few hours before boarding...

"High tourist area LOTS of shops "

There is a sum of $40 as cleansing fee to be paid directly to the guest house at the time of check-in. When check-in, the guest house enforced an exact $11 as miscellaneous fee. This $11 was never mentioned under the website of Hotels.com. When I paid $60 in money notes, the guest house refused to give me back the change of $9 and said to keep $9 as tips."
