Room is dated and bed is uncomfortable and the air con barely worked but the balcony was nice and the breakfast was huge and delicious! Only thing to note is just because your reservation says free breakfast does not mean it is free! "Wonderful little property in a cute peaceful true Greek town right on the bay. Owners of hotel Galaxidi were warm and welcoming. Room was clean with air, a precious balcony overlooking town and a homemade breakfast to die for at a price that was hard to beat. They even gave us a jar of homemade jam as a parting gift. And there was parking right out front. Fantastic dining at Steki’s on the water and a delightful walk around town. It was the true feeling of Greece. "

"Wonderful 24 hour check in - welcoming when ferry was running very late into Patras! It's a central hotel - and quite easy to find - provided you realise that the whole centre of the town is a one-way system! Rooms are small, but ours had everything we needed and Free wifi"

"Hotel is well situated and has friendly helpful staff but during our stay, the hotel eating area was a disaster as it was being used by touring German music students that completely took over the eating area, were pushy and rude and left practically no food for the other hotel guests. "

"Before the motorway bypassed this town I suspect this was 'THE" place to stay! Since then, like so many Greek hotels affected by the motorway development this one has seen better days. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. The lift was an asset although it did make recurring noises throughout the night.
