Helpful Staff, Good Location, Great Price, Clean Hotel, Comfortable Rooms, Nice Breakfast Buffet (at extra cost), On-site Parking (at extra cost.) I would definitely return.....

The suite has a great location, is well furniture and clean The check in process where I received a personal code to access the property and my apartment it was very smooth A great experience and vale for the rate !

Friendly staff, nice room and great food! Perfect for a business trip to Kiel or surroundings.

Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!
