“I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks.”

“Room we were initially put in had an awful sewage smell. We left it to go eat to see if it would air out but then asked for a change when we got back and found it was not resolved.
