Only on our way to our property were we informed, by text, that the main form of heating is a log burner - and it was our responsibility to buy logs! The central heating was controlled only by the owner, remotely via an app, so we had no way of turning on, off or up the radiators. “Great location hotel with a good bar and great Indian/Bangladeshi restaurent attached. Bit pricey compared to others I've stayed in recently (not in Pwllheli), but decent enough. Breakfast didn't happen, but I hadn't paid for it so.... The shower door of room 3 didn't close without a slam....probably how it got in that condition, but the shower was fine and in a decent sized bathroom. Biggest plus for me was the controllable heating in the room and bathroom plus the great restaurent attached.”
