"It's an ok place in the center of Seminyak "

"The villa is lovey and looks exactly like the advertised photos, the rooms are large and clean. Made, the villa care taker was wonderful, always happy to help with anything that we needed. The villa is located within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We did find the upstairs room quite noisy especially the nights the clubs are open, but this wasn’t a huge problem for us. "

"Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and cozy clean decoration making our stay just perfect. Good aircon system, good blinders to block the sun light. Good shower, spacious bathroom. Would recomend and stay again."

"Very noisy - between the night club music and the construction noise it was almost impossible to sleep. The hotel itself is very old and run down - it looks renovated on the surface but when you look closer it’s terribly old. The basin and toilet were so stained I couldn’t believe it - and that was a Delux Suite Room. Not dirty but very worn. "
