"Easy option if visiting Xavier or Cincinnati !"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up there is a fee not listed for 50 dollars (refundable) and having to pay for parking is kind of frustrating. Hotel is very nice and clean. Pool is nice breakfast was good. Overall would return. "

"I appreciated the gentleman who checked us in. I had called earlier that day to make sure I was in a handicap room. At that time, I wasn't. However, by the time we got there, I was assigned a handicapped room. We had also requested connecting rooms. They were also able to accommodate us with that. That was the good part. When we got in the room, I was not able to roll my wheelchair between the bed and the dresser, I was also not able to roll between the beds. Luckily, I'm able to walk...

"Everything was very nice during our stay with the only issue being at the breakfast. While our stay was for two nights, we were only able to partake in the free breakfast once.It was an awesome spread with plenty to choice from but all of the hot choices were cold. It was as if someone forgot to light the sternos under the warmers. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We checked in late after a long day to be able to get some sleep before getting up very early to catch a flight home. Check in went smooth and quick. When they seen that, my mother was not going to be able to go up to the second floor, they made sure to give her a ground floor room. We went to our room and found everything that we needed. Was able to sleep OK beds were comfortable. Got up the next morning and our shuttle person was ready to take us to the airport. The staff was very friendly and...

"The best thing about this hotel is their customer service. We stayed 2 nights for a local soccer tournament. The staff was amazing. They were flexible and patient. They allowed our soccer team to setup in the lobby for a team meal while we watched the Columbus Crew vs FC Cincinnati game. The room was very clean. I would have loved an elevator, but no big deal. Pool was clean and warm. "
