"The hot water was hit or miss"

"The staff made it for me. Very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Shower had to be run for a few minutes before water was hot enough. breakfast made and delivered to your room. Secure parking and security. Quiet. Close to amenities. "

"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. We told the hotel porter and our bikers we wanted to go to Longonot, however they decided to take us to Hells Gate. Along the way, the bikers...

"The bed was very comfortable but bathroom needed some attention, rail coming off, tile above the mirror broken ain’t on the wall needs doing , the staircase needs some good work doing . Service at breakfast slow and not enough choice of spreads , juices and milk "

"Highly recommend staying here while in the Lake Naivasha area. Patrick and his staff were such wonderful, warm and inviting hosts. It was a pleasure to stay at this cozy home. The breakfast that was served was one of our favorite and flavorful meals in Kenya. Thank you again ! "

"Property refused to honor my Expedia reservation. As a result, my infant, wife and I had to find alternate accommodation at the last minute. Very stressful. Absolutely do not recommend this property. Avoid at all costs. "

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. When we arrived they could not find our reservation, this does not surprise me because it was hard booking a room online or getting someone to respond to my emails. I finally booked a room on Expedia yet they still did not see my reservation. However, the staff was kind and did give us a room, we only had to wait a few minutes. There is no iron in the room so make sure you are prepared for that. There are also no wash clothes provided. And mostly there is going...

"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience on Tuesday the 29th May 18. First we had difficult time tracing this place as it's not sign posted from the main road. We finally arrived and packed our car by the gate for ten minutes waiting for the gate door bell to be answered as the gate was not manned. Finally two inexperienced girls came to the gate who had no idea that we were coming so no preparation had been made. We were handed over the phone to speak to the owner of the place who was in...

"A beautiful mix of an older well maintained period building from the 1940's and well made rooms and cottages that stay within its original form. Placed in an excellent spot, by the river, with lots of bird and smaller antelope wildlife. Excellent staff, very friendly and extremely helpful. Internet could be much better."
