"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The room was perfect for us three and it was spacious enough for us girls. The balcony was huge and we had a great view of the ocean. We loved the hotel restaurants and pools! That was one of our favorite parts. The beach was also so lovely! It was sandy and very beautiful."

"It was a good hotel. Traveled with my husband. No complaints. But…..best advice I can give is that I strongly recommend if you’re in your early 40’s like we are or older to stay in Tsivili. This place here Laganas is great for teens and more so for 20 yr olds. If you’re in that age group, definitely book with this hotel."
