"The surrounding was excellent. It’s a very peaceful place and the people working at hotel were extremely helpful. The steps and getting to rooms for senior citizens is little harder, but having able to bring car al the way down was helpful."

"We stayed at Binsar Villa, which are on top of a mountain . The Club Mahindra is the only vehicle which is allowed to go up hill . We had our own cab , which we had to leave at base facility and transfer our baggages to club Mahindra vehicle at check in time . Again the reverse way when we checked out . "Zero maintenance, trash is thrown in the valley by the hotel staff, takes hours for food preparation, no room service, same curry, dal everyday for every meal. For the price they charge, it was pathetic. Room wasn’t cleaned during the stay. "

"Loved our recent stay in Itmenaan estate. We went there with our kiddos - our 3 year old toddler and our 5 year old doggo. The property is situated in a serene location with a clear view of the Himalayan mountain ranges. The rooms are comfortable. Could be more cleaner and the service of house keeping could be better but overall comfortable and simple cottage living in the mountains. The food is great and homely. Breakfast options could be more and better but overall no complains for our 3 day...

"You go back in history while staying at the 19th century cottage. The authenticity, simplicity, quality and serendipity of the hotel and its location overlooking the Ramgarh valley defines our stay for 3 nights here. We were taken special care by the staff and the breakfast deck amidst the light cold breeze and winter sun light was an awesome experience. Food was very homely and very tasty at the same time. "
