"Good hotel "

"Very conveniently placed next to Luzanky park. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nit too small & good bathroom. Mattress was way too soft and spongy. Breakfast was decent."

"Hotel location is just next to lake. There are lots of of restaurants and tourist stuff near Hotel. You can enjoy nature. Hotel room is modern and beautiful. I liked breakfast very much. There are lots of choices and all of them is just tasty. I enjoyed my stay here!"

My suggestion would be to have more tables for guests at breakfast time, also, perhaps extend the length of time for breakfast as everyone seemed to be there at 8.30am. "Beautiful rooms, with nice furniture and amazing views of the lively square below. Excellent location, very central. It might get a bit loud in summer, but that didn't bother us much. They provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. "

"Wonderful and warm welcome during our late arrival, Property is close to main square and bus station. They provided me with a gluten free bread and dairy free “vegan” butter for breakfast and the morning meal is really nicely prepared and presented on table. The room was cosy and beds were comfortable. "

"Generally Average to Good but I saw the advertised hotel with photos of a pool but in reality this was not the case. It’s not major as I should of studied the small print. Also you have to pay extra for pancakes which I thought should of come with breakfast. BUT overall it was a nice stay so thank you to the receptionist and breakfast team."

"Right on the main square but the square isn't that exciting. Hotel has everything you need and the staff were very helpful. Room was decent and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was ok but it seems you need to get there sharp as not much left in last half an hour. Lots of extras on offer such as beauty therapies and reasonably priced but we were only there 2 nights so didn't use them"

"This is not a hotel--not between 7 pm and 9 am. It is an essentially empty building with rooms in it. I was traveling through the area and Hradec Kralove was a good stopping point. This looked like a nice enough small hotel from the website. But when when I got there, there is no one there. I got an email the night before informing me of the dismal office hours and with instructions on how to access the room. I got a code to punch in. This was much more like an airbnb-type place, only not really...
