"Our shower faucet need fixing 😩. It was suite 3514"

"Check in was a breeze. Room was clean. Housekeeping was fantastic. Only downfall was the pool. Very shallow, no deep end and the floor of the pool was so rough. My daughter ended up scratching her knee pretty badly. Other than the pool the stay was amazing. Can't say enough about the front desk staff they were fantastic."

"The hotel itself was very nice, clean , and the staff was very friendly. It was also in a good location to walk to the falls and nearby attractions. However I do dislike paying to park at the hotel. Overall, I would stay again if traveling to Niagara Falls. "

"When we first arrived, we were not pleased with our room layout, so we spoke with Syed at the front desk. He was most helpful and offered us a choice of two different rooms, one of which was to our liking. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that the floors are somewhat thin and we could hear the children in the room above ours, although that was only for one night. I would recommend this hotel."

"It was good stay close to everything walkable to falls and Clifton hill "

"The price is great for the location if you dont mind a 15 or 20 min walk. Staff is very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. "

"This was our second time staying at Cannery Lofts and it still holds up to par with our expectations. Parking was safe and it’s a walkable distance to Clifton Hill. The room next to ours was so noisy but the front desk promptly addressed our concern. We will definitely stay here again."
