"The hotel was really close to the metro station. Check in process was easy. Communication in English was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was so much bigger than I thought it would be. The room was clean and warm. The surrounding area was really nice as well"

"This place feels like a 5 star hotel when it comes to cleanliness and the state of the facilities. It’s small but it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long while. The rooms are state of the art and very modern. Love it and have zero complaints about anything to do with this hotel. "

"Great location just off the metro line and lots of bars and restaurants. It’s a bit tired in some areas and could do with a bit of TLC, but a good hotel for the money and location. They are sticklers for check in at exactly 3pm which then means everyone is queuing up and it takes longer (that seems to be the same across all the hotels we staying in South Korea)"
