"We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. "I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. "It would be ideal if the WIFI structure in the facility and rooms was improved. WIFI in rooms only for an additional fee for 12GB (per week) (probably OK for older people, for the younger generation 12GB is daily use) Not to mention the constant visits from tour/photo/massage/portrait sellers - although I would pay more for not having them on site"

"The Hotel is very good and it's positioned inside the Marina where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes as wel as sovenier shops. And one of the best walking locations in Hurghada. The only down point is that there is no swimming pool and the beach is quite far away othere than that every thing is perfect"

"Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival. "

"To the credit of the desk staff, they tried their best, but advertising didn't mention that one has to sit by the waterless pool in the cold to acces the WiFi and data on my phone as none was available in the room. (although later that evening I was invited to sit in the office). "When I booked I requested a low room. I struggle with stairs. I was put on the top floor for 1 night as they had no low floors available. First night was dreadful because of this and I was in a lot of pain with having to struggle getting up the stairs. The next day I was given ground floor room and it was lovely and spacious and very clean. The staff could not do enough for you, very helpful "

"Having spent a week in the sister hotel (Jungle Aqua Park) before checking into Sea World Resort we were left rather disappointed with this one. The rooms and facilities are rather tired and most of the staff are nowhere near as friendly, that said a few were very good."
