"Nice hotel and cafe next door if you want breakfast or brunch. Room is clean, reasonable not to small. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us. I have to open the door for him and push the luggages through."

"It's a new building and well-maintained. Free breakfast (Korean Style). The laundry room is a plus. Convenient Stores nearby and a Coffee Shop by the front desk. Definitely will stay in this hotel again next time. "

"The hotel was clean and plenty of room for our family. We had a maintenance issue when we checked in and they immediately came up to the room to fix it and the problem was resolved within the hour. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It's a nice and clean hotel which is pretty close to metro station, the river, and many cafes. The room I was staying in was spacious with a big window and comfortable bed. The shower room was nice and clean. It had soap and conditioner but for some reason had no shampoo (maybe they just forgot about it..?) "Great hotel. We stayed 4 nights when we first arrived in Korea. The hotel is just across the bridge from where we went a lot of the time, the fashion street. Great place for shopping, food, drink… it’s also very close to Nampo station to get the metro anywhere in Busan. The hotel itself was great. Very clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. They spoke good English and were able to help with whatever we needed. The hotel also has a cafe which...

"I definitely liked this hotel as my room had a direct view of haeundae beach and it was very large, clean and easy to find. The only downside was the self check in kiosk. I was not sent a text message or a reservation number either on hotels.com, my email from the hotel or in the app. It meant I had to call up the number to ask for the reservation number which wasn’t ideal. I get the point of not having a check in desk but for situations like this that’s definitely why it’s needed "
